When the Hernandez Family founded Siboney in June 19th, 2009, the only thing they had in mind was to delight the Chicago community with traditional and authentic delicacies from the Cuban Cuisine with it’s own original home style family recipes passed from generation on to generation. Nowadays we have successfully blended the native creole Caribbean tasty sensations to provide our customers with textures and flavors that will ensure an unforgettable dinning experience for all our guests!
